About the Dinner Show:

Disney’s Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue is a hand-clapping, foot-stompin’ good time! It’s a dinner show that’s fun for all ages – you’re sure to leave with a full stomach and sore cheeks from all the laughing you’ll do here.

At the Hoop-Dee-Doo Revue, you’re in for a real treat when the Pioneer Hall Players hit the stage. Claire de Lune, Johnny Ringo, Dolly Drew, Six Bits Slocum, Flora Long and Jim Handy will keep you laughing through their songs and vaudeville skits – and, if you’re lucky, you may be picked to be a part of the show! Even if you’re not, the evening entails lots of audience participation as you would expect from a Disney show. Whether it’s swinging your napkin above your head or singing along at the top of your lungs, this is not a “sit back and relax” kind of show 😉

Enjoy a delicious, all-you-can eat dinner full of buckets of fried chicken, smoked BBQ pork ribs, salad, baked beans, and yummy cornbread. Top the night off with dessert featuring mom’s homemade strawberry shortcake. This is by far one of our family’s favorite meals at Disney, and we have some picky eaters in our group.

One of the best meals at Disney World!!

Why we love it:

We’ve been going to this show for over 20 years and have never been disappointed! It’s a Disney Must Do for us because everybody has a good time when we’re there – it’s ALWAYS a trip highlight for us!! The jokes are family-friendly, but with some subtle adult humor mixed in. The evening flies by with the delicious food and fun entertainment. I guarantee you’ll leave humming their catchy tunes for the rest of your trip!

In addition to all-you-can-eat food, there’s unlimited draft beer, wine and sangria included for guests 21 years of age and up (soft drinks are also included).

Things to Note:

The show is 2 hours long and runs at three different times daily:

  • 4pm, 6:15pm and 8:30pm

Getting Here:

There is NO direct route from your resort to get to the Fort Wilderness Campgrounds. Even if you take a Minnie van/Uber/Lyft, they can only drop you at a certain point. Then you will have to take the provided shuttle bus to Pioneer Hall.

I always recommend leaving ample amount of time to get here – and if you’re early, there’s a little spot next door where you can grab a drink!

Depending on what resort you’re staying at will determine the best route to get there. Have a question about this? I always help my clients determine the most efficient way to get here, and we’ve been a million times to this spot 😊
