Before Your Trip
Your personal Concierge Planner will hold a Pre-Trip Meeting over Zoom with your family. They’ll go through a brief Universal 101 lesson, the ins and outs of ExpressPass (if purchased), and your personalized itinerary for the park days.
During Your Trip
During your trip, your personal Concierge Planner is there for you to help make any changes on the fly, answer questions and make recommendations, or anything else that comes up.
